Acknowledgement of registration - this will be emailed to your at the email address given when you registered.
Visa Letter - should you require this, you can request it during registration. Any emails received requesting letters for visa purposes can only detail accepted abstracts or registrations, without which we cannot provide these letter.
Funding - unfortunately no travel grants are currently available. Discounted attendance rates may apply.
Receipt - provided after registration
Payment methods - we prefer payment through the registration system which accepts major credit/debit cards. Should you require an invoice, please email cpdservices@abdn.ac.uk. Unfortunately, invoices will incur an additional £15 admin fee.
Cancellations - please see the delegate terms and conditions on the registration page.
All oral presenters have been contacted with the outcome of their paper submission. Poster presenters will be contacted after the submission system closes and the abstracts have been reviewed.

Do I need to use it?
We would recommend you use the attendee app as you can find real-time information on the programme, changes in the venue, announcements etc. We recommend you download the app and turn on notifications to be kept up-to-date.
