Guidelines for Presenters

Oral Presenters

Papers accepted for oral presentations will be allocated 15mins each (10mins presentation followed by 5mins for Q&A). Please ensure you do not over-run your time allowance. You will be sent a link to upload your presentation prior to the event. Any changes thereafter will require you to bring your new presentation along with you on the day.

Poster Presenters

Our poster boards are 180cm tall x 85cm wide. We can therefore accommodate posters upto A0 landscape but not portrait. Posters can be displayed throughout the event and we ask you to put them up as soon as you can to maximise the time they are on display. Velcro fastenings will be provided. Poster numbers will be available in due course.
